Drop-Off Rates (Your bring the computer to us) You bring the computer to us and drop it off. We will provide an estimate when you drop it off. We will require pre-payment for any parts we need to order.

$45 for first 60 minutes

$35 for each additional increment of 60 minutes

On-Site Lite -- 1 Hour                $ 65 up to 1 hour Popular package for basic computer problems (e.g. computer check-up, scan for Spyware, new computer setup, memory upgrade)

On-Site Standard -- 2 Hours        Popular Package  $110 up to 2 hours Our most popular package (e.g. Typical Spyware removal, network/router setup, new DSL installation)

On-Site Pro -- 3 Hours $165 up to 3 hours Common package for multiple tasks or for computers with many problems (e.g. Spyware & Virus removal with a full system tune-up)

On-Site Super Pro -- 4 Hours $200 up to 4 hours Multiple computers & printers and the most difficult computer problems (e.g.  Variety of tasks for a home or office that has several computers and printers)

Service calls are billed in 15 minute increments.

Additional hours beyond 4 hours are billed at $55/hour.  Long-term contracts negotiable.

Typical Time Estimates: Spyware removal 2-3 hours; Computer setup 1 hour; DSL installation 2 hours;

Home wireless network with multiple computers: 2-3 hours; Email account setup: 1 hour
